AMCOL Systems, Inc. Donates Thousands to Area Charities in Q1 2018Columbia, SC – (March 29, 2018) – Employees from AMCOL Systems, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in patient experience analytics and revenue cycle optimization, chose to donate thousands of dollars to area charities in the first quarter of 2018. At the core of AMCOL Systems there is a very philanthropic spirit. Employees voluntarily opt to donate a comfortable amount from each paycheck to a separate Care to Share fund which is earmarked for charity. Throughout the year, they vote on which organizations will receive donations. During the first quarter of 2018, the selected Care to Share charities included Pawmetto Lifeline (animal rescue/welfare dedicated to solving pet overpopulation in the Midlands), The United Way of the Midlands (addressing education, financial stability, and health needs of the community), and USO South Carolina (strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation). Additionally, AMCOL was proud to be a Star Sponsor of the Make-A-Wish South Carolina Wish Ball 2018 and a Bronze sponsor of the JDRF Field of Dreams 2018 Hope Gala at which AMCOL founders Jay and Mary Rickman were honored as the Living & Giving Award recipients. “The desire to help others has been ingrained in AMCOL’s culture since its inception over 40 years ago,” said Chip Hellmann, President and CEO of AMCOL Systems, Inc. “Ours is an engaged and empathetic group of professionals who embody our culture of building future leaders of our team as well as our community,” adds Hellmann.
